Finding files on PS3 from a portable storage media can be a pain!!

PS3 sometimes doesn't show you all the contents of your portable storage for example your USB flash drive. To force PS3 to show all the contents of your portable storage device follow these steps:-

Step1. Insert the portable storage device in the PS3's USB port or the memory stick slot.
Step2. What is it you are looking for? Is it a audio file then go to the music tab, or if its a video file then go to the video tab (u get the idea)
Step3. Got to your portable storage icon, and press the "TRIANGLE" button.
Step4. then select the "Display All" option.


By following these simple steps you can force you PS3 to show all the contents of you storage media!!!
